How To Sharpen a Jointer Plane

Nearly all of my plane irons are ground to a custom shape. My jointer is no exception. It’s not flat, but it’s not cambered either. In the video below, I describe the shape and the process I use to get there.

This video is only available on my blog for the next couple weeks. Please feel free to share a link to this page with anyone you might think wold benefit.

In the process of creating my Workbench Class (at Home), I’ve been generating a lot of content. Most of it is too specific to the class to be much use to everyone else.

But some of it is helpful to everyone.

So, when I come across something I think would be helpful to any woodworker out there, you can bet it’ll end up here.

The fall session of this class will be opening for registration soon. Be sure to subscribe to the blog for a chance to grab a spot before anyone else.
